Anyone can give you all the mental health advice in the world, but the only true way to improve is to want it yourself. You need be the change you want to see. You have to want it.

I want to empower you do one small thing to take control of your life. Try and turn one small thing from negative to positive. Cut someone out of your life, unlike a page that pisses you off, rearrange a room that is feeling cluttered, get rid of unused items. Start looking for help wanted ads, or be honest with someone about your feelings. Stand up for yourself to someone in one small way.

We only get one life, and while there is so much shit that we have no control over, try and use what you do have control over to make it a life you are proud of. All we can do is the best with what we have, and some times it takes baby steps to make things better for ourselves.

No one but you will be looking back at your life when you are on your deathbed. Not your aunt, your mom, your spouse, or your kids. Just you. Fight for your right to lead the life you want to live.
