If you are always going and pushing yourself to the limits you’re going to burn out. Make sure to take time to just breathe. Don’t beat yourself up for vegging out, playing extra video games, or whatever brings you relaxation. Binge that show, read the book, just sit and enjoy the moment so your body can recoup. There is no shame in having to schedule in time to just be. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so make sure you are taking care of yourself.

Obviously easier said than done, but it’s all a process. Start small, and discover how to add it into your routine. Not doing it, is only hurting yourself more.
