Join us this July for our 2nd Annual Booked Summer Challenge! 

This challenge is about leaving reviews for indie fantasy authors. Reviews (no matter the length) help indie authors spotlight their books.

If you don’t know what to say, answers to these questions as your review:

1. Would you recommend it to a friend?
2. Were the characters relatable/believable/life-like?
3. Did the plot make sense, or impact you emotionally?

Review Example:
“I picked this book up because [insert reason], I would recommend it to readers that enjoyed [insert similar book].”

This will make an authors day, and help your fellow readers.

The goal is to get the most points.

• The challenge will run from July 1st – July 31st
• This is a winner takes all challenge, the prize is a $50 Gift Card to Amazon.
• There will be free book promotions during the month as well to help you discover indie authors!

How to get points:

• 1 point for each review that you leave anywhere on an indie fantasy book. (amazon, bookbub, goodreads, your blog, instagram, where ever that is public & has a link)
• 1 point for each READER you have join our Discord or Facebook groups.

How to report your points:

• Join our Discord server to participate!
• After you have read the rules, comment IM IN in #conversation channel, under the 2nd Booked Summer category.
• I will create you a channel in this 2nd Booked Summer Category with your name on it that only you can comment in.
• This is where you will log your points. Try and format them as the following to keep it clean:

Keep a running tally next to each entry.

EXAMPLE FEED:

1. insert review link
2. invited @name (note FB if not discord)
3. insert review link
4.  etc…

Remember that the number on the left is a running tally of your total points. We will only verify upon completion of the contest. Keep track, stay honest. We reserve the right to disqualify participants for any reason we see fit.
